Each year, Mountain Top Vision oversees transformational initiatives on behalf of clients. Dina works with organizations to increase their relevance and secure their long-term futures by solidifying organizational foundations that empower individuals to further realize personal and collective success. Here are a few thoughts from past clients and colleagues in the field:

Working with Dina has been incredible. She has a wonderful style that combines strategic thinking with practical needs. One component that was key when we interviewed consultants around trainings and services around diversity, equity, accessibility and inclusion was finding someone who was a good listener, shared relevant and meaningful examples from her past experience, and who could also make recommendations based on what we outlined. As a trainer, she was consistently kind and supportive while also not afraid to push back or ask participants to go deeper in their responses. The cultural assessment and related reports framed overall trends within our organization in a format that helped us disseminate the findings in most useful ways. The facilitated dialogues pushed our interdepartmental team to work through challenging content and modeled for us how to have respectful conversations around difficult topics. She truly transformed our institutional culture and I have recommended her repeatedly, and will continue to do so! We would not be where we are today without her steady guidance and support.

Dina Bailey is a highly skilled facilitator and strategist whose depth of experience covers a myriad of topics. She is adept at finding creative ways to motivate and engage people, and institutions, into identifying and neutralizing weaknesses while capitalizing on their strengths. Her work with our Board of Directors enabled them to realize the power of our vision and connect themselves with the mission of our organization. She creates experiences that go beyond institutional work to tap into the intersectionality that connect to broader communities. Dina truly is a visionary.

Conner Prairie’s diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion (DEAI) journey is predicated on the thoughtful insights and directional wisdom of our continued collaboration with experts in the field. Dina Bailey has been integral in assisting Conner Prairie in defining our DEAI voyage.  Dina’s ability to create a defined, strategic and focused map to guide Conner Prairie to become more inclusive has helped to shape our organization’s strategic goals as well as our programmatic content, educational focus, and interaction with our guests. Dina’s ability to engage with our organization’s staff, board, and community members in conversations around DEAI, and then infuse it within an organization’s culture, is a skill not easily found.

Dina has been a long-time instructor for the Auschwitz Institute for the Prevention of Genocide and Mass Atrocities (AIPG), sharing her knowledge on memorialization issues with numerous governmental officials around the world. Dina has also been an amazing partner in developing groundbreaking programming at AIPG. For example, she has provided instrumental assistance in the development of our National Seminar for Law Enforcement on Civil and Human Rights Protection, a program for United States police forces that is conducted in partnership with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. For all of us at AIPG, Dina represents a prominent and trusted authority on issues related to the complexity of memorialization in the US and in the development of strategic initiatives aimed at increasing inclusivity within programming. I am delighted to continue working with Dina, one of our outstanding partners in the work of preventing mass atrocities from happening globally by creating more resilient and inclusive societies.
